Running Map - Cady Way Trail

Cady Way Trail

This is one of the more popular paved routes in Orlando. It is currently 6.5 miles long (about a half marathon out and back) and its potential grows as it is being connected to other trails. There are half mile markers to help you gauge your pace.

Parking is available at different points and there is a bathroom available at Ward’s Park. Water is also available at various points along the path. Remember that this is a bike path, so stay along the appropriate side of the paved course.

Cady Way Trail Park

Wards Park which is the approximate middle of the course has many amenities for runners. It houses a bathroom and a 400m track do slip in some intervals. In fact, it is probably the best place to start your run, as there is adequate parking too.

If you head north from the park you’ll head towards the Cross Seminole Trail, which is a great extension to your run. If you head south, you’ll head towards the Orlando Fashion Square Mall. In the future, the Little Econ Greenway will be connected to the east.

Cady Way Trail Bridge

One extra little attraction is the Cady Way Trail Bridge. It is pretty cool looking. The photo above was taken from an interesting blog about Florida Florida Everyone Forgot
