Ingredients
- Sea bass
- Olive Oil
- Kosher Salt
- Pepper
- Orange
- Tarragon
- Parsley
- Cherry Vinegar
- Dijon Mustard
- Take a whole sea bass and brush it with olive oil.
- Sprinkle kosher salt and pepper
- Stuff the fish with the following:
- A slice of orange
- Tarragon
- Parsley
- Place evenly on a hot grill. Flip once.
- Chopped tarragon
- Cherry Vinegar (Aged)
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Dijon Mustard
- Salt and Pepper
- Whisk together and taste.
- Pour over the fish while it is hot and serve.
