Ingredients:
  • Nori Sheet
  • Avocado
  • Tomato
  • Green Onion, scallion
  • Olives
  • Arugula
  • Alfalfa
  • Leaf of lettuce

Procedure:

  1. Lay out one nori sheet.
  2. Slice an avocado and lay out the slices on one side of the sheet. Leave one inch along the side and a little bit of space above and below.
  3. Slice a tomato and lay it over the layer of avocado slices.
  4. Make long slices of a scallion and lay it over the tomatoes.
  5. Sprinkle a few olives over the scallions.
  6. Spread some arugula and alfalfa on top.
  7. Add a leaf of lettuce over the top.
  8. Roll, slice and enjoy.
